Bardia Fard
Bardia Fard concentrates his practice in the fields of commercial and civil litigation. Bardia also advises real estate developers and mid-sized businesses in litigation matters, commercial negotiations and transactions, joint ventures, and managing growth.
Prior to co-founding Acumen Law Group, Bardia was an attorney at a commercial litigation firm in Chicago and a law clerk to the Honorable Allen S. Goldberg, Circuit Court of Cook County. Bardia also acts as outside general counsel to a variety of businesses, including automotive dealerships, start-up software companies, physician practice groups, and insurance agencies.
Bardia has been named as a Super Lawyers Illinois Rising Star from 2014-2016. Bardia has co-authored articles for industry publications, including the Illinois State Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish and Farsi.
